Been very busy this year already!

Multiple projects completed including, HMO renovation. Garage conversion, flooring, bathroom jobs.

Been a very busy start to the year with lots of central heating upgrades, boiler breakdowns and various renovations projects.

Late to the party! This was our last project of 2024!

Full downstairs renovation for our lovely customers Claire and Denis.

Our works -

- 3x structural steels for open plan living (Inc chimney stack demolition + 2x party walls)
- All boarding and skimming (D & A)
- Old ceilings dropped and insulated
- New sub floor due to rotten joists
- Full DPC of house
- Bespoke media wall
- 40sqm laminate flooring
- All second fix joinery
- All plumbing (Aldo plumbing)
- All electrics (4L solutions)

Both us and our client were over the moon with the project ✅

ANOTHER PROJECT COMPLETE ✅

We arrived at this customers house to see them in a little bit of a mess. Having being left in this state by a previous contractor. We agreed to use some materials left by previous contractor and bring most of our own materials in, to bring this sorry looking garden back to life!

Our works -

- 150mm Type 1 Sub base
- brindle brick boarder (with diamond detail)
- 20mm blue slate boarder with membrane
- 15mm artificial grass installed (grass provided by customer, not our usual choice but we made do)
- Grass always laid on hardcore base, 15mm of washed slate screeded, permeable membrane. Fixed to a concrete edging with concrete fixings ✅
- All waste removed from site and disposed of via thorncliffe tipping centre.

Having seen this customer not happy with the previous contractor. We went the extra mile cutting the grass in around there oil tank, adding the diamond detail to the boarders and disposing of all waste as a little freebie!
