This article has blown my mind. An internationally coordinated takedown of one of the most persistent cybercrime ecosystems.

That wasn't what amazed me. It was that "WordPress [was] at the Center of the Campaign"

The whole ecosystem was built on the exploitation of badly built and barely maintained WordPress websites.
