To make sure the foil was vibrant enough to match the brands colour (SPINN UW) we added two layers of foil to this Castelli Tucson Edge notebook.

A double hit of foil looks so easy in this video, but it’s an incredibly skilled thing to do - move the book a fraction of a mm between hits and you’ve blown it.

An orange a white logo just needs orange and white foil - doesn't it? Well no actually, this two colour foil print for Wiserfunding needed a blue foil as well.

When we tell people that foil printing is an art and not a science we mean it! There was a lot of experimenting that had to take place to get the colours of the logo to look just right against the black cover of the Moleskine notebook.

When it comes to buying branded products have you considered joining budgets from different departments to maximise the return on your spend? 💸

We're sure you're familiar with leather notebooks, but what about recycled leather notebooks? ♻️

Here's what you should know...

The covers of recycled leather notebooks are made from 85% natural leather fibre waste from tanneries across Europe- these leather offcuts are too small to be used for leather items and would otherwise go to landfill. The offcuts are made into sheets that are then used for the covers.

Resourceful, right?

Message was gold foil printed onto a Classic Moleskine notebook by Charmaine in our production department.

If you want your brand message on a Moleskine for 2022 get in touch - but perhaps wait till the new year, so we can have a little rest over Xmas 😉

Pictured here is the custom notebook we created for them to support the launch of the new drink. They opted for marigold torino covers with a tabasco elastic, white ribbon bookmark, a UV digitally print of the logo to the front and a deboss of the phrase "THE SPIRIT OF THE OUTDOORS" to the rear.

It's December 1st! 📆

Looking for a way to thank your supporters? So were The Guardian.

In the midst of their 200th anniversary, there was no better time for the prestigious newspaper to thank their patrons. Through Oliver Agency, a request was initially made for a branded Moleskine, until they realised we could do this and more - from the notebook to the custom bookmark.
