Our timber harvesting takes place all over the UK, but mainly in Scotland and the north of England. In the past we have worked in Wales, Ireland and even as far as Sweden. We have a wide range of machines in our fleet which enables us to carry out our services quickly and efficiently. We are fully accredited members of the Forestry Industry Safety Accord (FISA), Forestry Contracting Association (FCA) and the Road Haulage Association (RHA).

Elliot Henderson Ltd was Established 35 years ago and has been involved in all aspects of forestry from planting to road building. Since the mid 80’s the company has concentrated on mechanised timber harvesting.

Glasgow Science Festival is turning 20! Join the celebrations as we mark two decades of bringing action-packed events to places and spaces across the city.

Enjoy events such as cocktail classes, our sustainably powered music festival with a ceilidh and our ‘Cheers for 20 Years’ party night.

Running from the 4th to 14th June, we reflect on the incredible contribution Glasgow research has made and ask what the next 20 years might look like. Almost all events are free.
