Hello to all my friends and customers. I have been in and out of hospital a lot over the last few months and have been unable to give as much to the business as I would have liked - especially the last couple of weeks.

I am under strict orders to relax and take care of myself so I can recover fully, instead of pushing myself and never giving myself the chance to heal fully.

Please rest assured that I will be back on my feet and fighting fit in no time. In fact, I will be seeing my specialist in a week and I am hoping to get started on yet another medical regime to keep the latest illness at bay!

I am getting better and cannot wait to get back to normal again and giving you the 110% you deserve.
