It's easy to get lost in the bigger picture and focus on the things we've come to expect as standard on a wedding day (during the bridal prep, the wedding ceremony, the portraits and the wedding reception with it's speeches and first dance). These things are worth our focus.

However, when we look beneath that, we often find something a little more special. In the details we find the little stories reserved just for their wedding and their wedding guests.

In this blog, you'll find the very personal narrative that weaves through the weddings I photograph across Ayrshire and Scotland.

These images were part of Cassie and George's wedding gallery but taken out of context, the little stories bring something a little more special to life.

I have an addiction to couples who are all lovey dovey and who don't need to be asked to kiss like 15 year olds😍

Confessions of an Overthinker...

✅ I want to cancel my ChatGPT Plus (not to move to Claude.)

✅ I hate that it makes me try to write using it (it makes me do nothing, I just think that this time it will be better. Either it writes nothing like me or I don’t like how I write. I need to check but I suspect it keep each sentence to approximately 10 words and that’s why I can’t abide it...)

✅ It’s really good for solving problems/ telling me how to do things in Go High Level. Like today, I’m trying to build a very particular kind of gallery which GHL doesn’t support. The work around is to use a hidden button. I’m going to make a hidden button. Several of them. Unless it tells me that’s also too many. That’s what it said about the 140 I initially wanted...

Yes. I also procrastinate. I’m so good at it, I’m a professional.

And you care because? You don’t. I’d just like for someone who knows GHL to say “Do this...” And then I won’t because I’ll be too far into this method to retract.
