Yesterday was a reminder of why I love what I do.

I ran a social media masterclass for a brilliant group of ladies in the property industry, and they absolutely showed up.

Engaged, ready to learn, and hungry to excel.

We started with a confidence ice breaker that pushed everyone outside their comfort zones.

Then I shared my 3R Method for creating content that gets reach and engagement.

We finished with a demo of Instagram’s EDITS app, showing them how to create reels efficiently, get good ideas from the platform, and save time whilst getting in front of the right people.

These women are building real businesses in property with intention and drive, and I’m here for it.

Thanks to for letting me use his offices to host.

Most of my followers know me from the health, wellness, and fitness industry. And yes, I’ve adapted.

Because here’s what I believe: if you’re a coaching business, consultant, or mentor only operating within one industry, you’re limiting yourself.

Staying loyal to an industry, especially when it’s moving backwards isn’t smart - it’s a choice that might cost you.

The best ones can pivot and demonstrate their results regardless of the industry.

Very proud moment watching mentoring client, tick off a massive 2026 goal last weekend.

Seven months ago, he came to me.

He’d successfully built his property businesses from scratch after leaving the oil rigs, but he felt there was a huge opportunity left untapped within the property education industry that he wanted to fill.

He also needed clarity and direction to scale his businesses further.

So we started with the deep work before anything else: vision planning and values.

The answers gave him the clarity he had been looking for.

When I mentor, this type of work is always more important than setting numerical KPIs or targets - especially in the initial stages.

I focus on the person at the centre of the business. I get clear on what drives them, so we can build a vision aligned to their values - then everything else takes care of itself.

Watching him deliver two successful cohorts of the Property Coaching Intensive whilst operating with clarity and fulfilment has been brilliant.

He’s intentional, not reactive. Focused, not overwhelmed. Building the life he actually wants, not just staying busy.

That’s what proper vision and values work unlocks and what proper mentoring delivers.

My mindset every time I set a new or challenging goal.

I’m not 100% sure how I’ll do it. But I’m 100% sure I’ll figure it out.

That’s been my approach to everything:

✅ Building a business from scratch.

✅ Competing in bodybuilding.

✅ Buying our first investment property while raising a toddler.

I didn’t have all the answers when I started any of them.

I didn’t know exactly how it would work out. I had imposter syndrome, doubts and moments where I thought “what am I doing?”

But I’ve always backed myself and knew I’d figure it out along the way.

You don’t need to have the entire roadmap before you start.

You just need to trust that you’ll work it out as you go.

Because you will.

The clarity comes from doing, not from overthinking.

I took 3 months off posting on social media.

And honestly?

It was one of the best things I could have done for my business.

I had so much going on. My first investment property. My son. My business.

Something had to give, and it wasn’t going to be the things that actually mattered.

Here’s what happened when I stepped back:

✅ I gained clarity on what I actually wanted to focus on. Not what everyone else said I should be doing but what made sense for me, my business, and my life.

✅ I made more money. Without posting daily, as I had more time to focus on the real things that matter in business.

✅ I felt more energised than I had this time last year. More present with my son. More value given to my clients.

That was a massive win.

This is exactly why I focus on the person at the centre of the business when I mentor.

Your business should support your life, not consume it.

I generated £243k in revenue in one year for a coaching business - from email campaigns only…

But some will tell you email is dead 💀

I was taking a look at some marketing presentations I’ve done over the years, on topics from social media, meta ads to email, and it got me thinking….

The lessons I was teaching 2, 3, 4 years ago, are still very relevant, if not more relevant now!

1. Email marketing isn’t dead
2. You don’t own your social media followers so don’t have all of your eggs in one basket
3. How well you know your target audience will make or break your ad campaign
4. Your followers need time to get to know you better before they’ll buy from you

You may be guilty of always looking for the next content trend or ad hack, but have you nailed the basics?

Because I guarantee the 4 lessons above will still be relevant in the next 4 years.
