❗Renovation Owners❗: Struggling to find a structure for your business?
This doesn’t apply to the “service”. I’m strictly talking about the GROWTH.
Here’s a few things you must consider…
As mentioned we have two sides. The product & service�Product:
- Remodelling
- Installation
- Conversions
- Complete renovations
- etc.
Honestly I have no doubt that your structure is great for the “product” side of your business. Im sure your time management is great, you provide an ethical service & build great customer relationships etc
But…
I see most renovation owners struggling to understand the GROWTH side of the business
Growth:
- Sales process
- Appointment booking
- Lead nurturing
- Lead Generation
