After Digital is expanding its Customer Success team and we’re looking for an Adoption/Engagement Specialist to join us. Here, you’re the linchpin between active product adoption and customer success, serving as a guiding hand in helping users unlock the full potential of our services.
👉 Responsibilities:
• Manuals: Create user-friendly guides that translate complex processes into actionable steps.
• Release Notes: Keep our users informed and engaged with the latest features and enhancements.
• Events: Organise webinars and workshops, delivering in-depth insights into product usage.
• Newsletters: Curate content that keeps our community informed, engaged, and successful.
• Socials: Foster a vibrant user community through our social media channels.
• Articles: Write compelling content that underscores the value our product delivers.
