This role isn’t just about technical prowess; it’s about bridging perspectives between our clients and our R&D team. You could say it’s a bit like being a professional puzzle solver who crafts new puzzle pieces when needed.

👉 Responsibilities:
• Setup & Configuration: Assist clients in tailoring our SaaS products to their unique needs.
• Product Training: Conduct hands-on training sessions for clients on platform functionalities.
• Resource Provision: Equip clients with resources, guides, and best practices.
• Integration Guidance: Help integrate our SaaS product into clients’ existing workflows.
• Feedback Loop: Collect early feedback to influence our product roadmap.
• Success Benchmarking: Set initial success metrics and ensure clients are on the right track.
• Inter-department Coordination: Work closely with Customer Success and R&D teams for a holistic onboarding experience.
