Golf social media content ✍🏼
A simple and effective way to break down your content strategy is as follows:
▪️Highlight your selling points by working closely with the pro shop, club, green staff and secretary to emphasise all the aforementioned knowledge and skills to show off the talent on show within the club.
▪️Use social media ads (NOT BOOSTS) to target local golfers looking for a club in your area. Gain interest using an offer highlight your unique selling position in the content. Specify your audience, for example target people who’s interests are golf clubs, Taylor Made, Golf Digest etc.
▪️Provide value in your posts to improve reach and build your club as a brand. Have the pro do 60 second swing fixes, branded golf quotes, swing videos, competitions. These all have excellent organic reach.
▪️When members check into the club highlight it in your story. When they tag you in a post, repost it. Not only does this highlight the quality of the course and membership satisfaction, but it makes existing membership feel like they’re playing their part in the growth of the club.
