It’s not always about frequency, it’s about relevance. If you’re not getting likes, comments, or messages, it could be because:

👉🏼 You’re talking at people instead of to them
👉🏼 Your content lacks structure or purpose
👉🏼 You’re not making it easy for people to connect or buy from you

✅ Fix it by asking:
→ Is this post helping, entertaining, or building trust?
→ Have I made it clear what I want them to do next?

Consistency matters, yes. But value? It matters more.

You don’t need a 30-page marketing strategy. You need a usable one.

Try this simple structure:

🫶 Who are you talking to?
📣 What are you selling/promoting this month?
📅 What dates/events matter (seasonal, local, etc.)?
💬 What messages are most important?
🎯 What’s the one goal this month (sales, awareness, leads)?

Start there, and marketing suddenly feels a lot less chaotic.

Branding and marketing are not the same thing, here’s how I explain it to clients.

🧠 Branding = how people feel about your business
🛠 Marketing = how you get them to notice and remember you

Your brand is your tone, visuals, values, and the experience people associate with you.

Your marketing is the vehicle that delivers that brand to the world; via socials, email, ads, SEO, etc.

Get clear on both and you stop shouting into the void.
Bonus point: your logo means nothing if your message is a mess.

✔️ Are you friendly or formal?
✔️ Punchy or poetic?
✔️ Cheeky or considered?

The clearer you are on how you speak, the easier it is for your audience to connect, engage, and remember you.

Here’s the truth: Most “all-in-one” marketing tools are a trap.

When you're a small or starting business, you don’t need fancy software or a hundred tabs open.

You just need a few tools that actually help.

Here’s what I recommend to keep it simple, and all of these have free options available:

🛠️ Design – Canva (easy + looks good)
📆 Scheduling – Meta Business Suite (free + works)
📧 Email – MailerLite (powerful + affordable)
🧠 CRM – Hubspot Free or Notion (depends on your vibe)

Don’t overcomplicate it.
Start small. Build the habit. Scale as you go.

You post when you remember. You guess what to say. You hope it lands.

But let’s be honest, that’s not a strategy, it’s a panic.

✅ What works?
→ Knowing your audience
→ Having clear offers
→ Showing up consistently

Your content shouldn’t just look good, it should work.
Start by asking:
🟡 Who am I talking to?
🟡 What do they need to hear from me right now?
🟡 What do I want them to do?

Numbers without context are misleading. Growth is good, don't get me wrong, but the numbers need context.

Always ask:
👉🏼 Compared to what?
👉🏼 Over what timeframe?
👉🏼 From what starting point?

Don’t let vanity metrics fool you.

Real growth = real context, real insight, real action.

Know the difference or risk the chaos. 😅

Your email list = names and emails you can contact.

A CRM = a full-blown system that helps you track relationships, leads, sales, convos, and client journeys.

Both are important.
