Today we are celebrating the incredible women across BNI Gloucestershire and Wiltshire.

From business owners and entrepreneurs to professionals and team members, the women across our chapters bring expertise, leadership, generosity and energy to our network every single week. They support one another, create opportunities through referrals and play a huge role in helping businesses across our region grow and thrive.

BNI is built on the philosophy of Givers Gain, and the women in our community truly live this out by championing each other’s success and strengthening the power of our networks.

To be in the right place at the right time, you need to go places from time to time.

One of my purposes in life is to create spaces for conversations that change people's lives. For 22 years, I have been in BNi creating those spaces for the brave people who run a business, the founders, the people who drive the small business economy.

Right now, I am building 5 new spaces in Gloucestershire and Wiltshire.

One of those is an online group that appeals to the following types of people.

1. People who travel on a regular basis
2. People who want to grow their business in a time-efficient manner
3. People who have commitments, meaning they cannot leave the home or the office.
4. People who want to use referral marketing at a cheaper price point.

Great to spend Friday with the fantastic BNI Glos & Wilts Green Club at the Oakwood Hotel.

Around 40 of the region’s best networkers and new members came together for great conversations, valuable 1-2-1s, and learning from the brilliant Julian Lewis - Coach

Events like this really highlight the power of networking. It’s not about collecting business cards — it’s about building real relationships, trust, and long-term opportunities. When you get the right people in the room, the energy, ideas, and collaboration naturally flow.

Huge credit to Chris from Mergeit for putting together such a well-organised and impactful event. A great reminder that when we invest in people, the business follows.
