Data doesn’t lie… but it sure can be misleading.

Last month, I ran an analysis on customer churn data that told a very convincing story:
Customers were leaving because of pricing.

But something didn’t sit right.

So I layered in qualitative feedback from customer service chats turns out, the real issue was confusing onboarding. Customers didn’t even understand the value before they saw the price.

That’s when it hit me: Data without context is just noise.

Data analysis isn’t just about numbers it’s about curiosity, asking the right questions, and validating what the data seems to say.
