Some good advice here, but if in doubt then generally V-necks are flattering for most of us ๐Ÿ‘š

The humble t-shirt, a wardrobe staple for many. But do you consider the fit of the tee or do you buy a traditional bog-standard short-sleeved, round neck every time? Finding the right fit can make all the difference so tune in this week for tips on finding your perfect t-shirt.

A v-neck is always a winner for big busted women who should aim to keep an open neckline and the one we've chosen today is particularly flattering as it features a faux-wrap.

A cap sleeve is a great choice for triangles (pear shapes) as it broadens the shoulder line which balances out wider hips.

See you next time for more t-shirt tips.

Shop these t-shirts at Kettlewell Colours (both styles are available in multiple colours):

Did you know that wearing a bright colour can really lift your mood. And if itโ€™s the right colour for you, one that flatters your natural colouring, then it can also make you look healthier and younger too! Some interesting facts here about which colours to choose and the power of colours ๐ŸŒˆ

'Colours are confidence-boosting'. Discuss.

A good read in The Times today about wearing bright colours this summer.

Here's our take on this:

If you're colouring is fair or delicate select lighter versions close to your face. Your face will be illuminated.

For those who have mousey hair and muted eyes, look for softer versions of bright colours (marls and fabrics that absorb light are great options). So classy on you.

Dark-haired and brunettes choose the bolder, brighter versions. You will look simply stunning.

Those of you with red or strawberry blonde hair should opt for warmer, yellow-based colours. Be prepared to be amazed.

If you are going grey or have ash tones in your hair, choose cooler, blue-based shades. Be more Judi (Dench)!

Teal is one of my favourite shades and the good news is that itโ€™s flattering on everyone! Of course like all colours it comes in different shades, so just choose the right one for YOU

Shhhh, don't tell everyone. We're going to let you into a little secret....

Teal is a bit of a superhero colour. Every palette get's this shade whether that's a true teal or a vibrant light teal. It can also work really well as a neutral and is a great alternative to the traditional blacks, navys and greys. Think knitwear, winter coats and even boots which can be teamed with lots of colours that are already in your wardrobe.

And it's the 'must-watch' colour for this season.

You heard it here, teal is a superhero!

Having said โ€œthatโ€ renowned dress from Zara looked like a nightdress, I met my lovely niece Jessica for lunch at the weekend and she was wearing it! Have to say, she looked lovely in it ๐Ÿ’•
Like any clothing though still think itโ€™s not for everyone and on me it would definitely look like a nightie ๐Ÿ˜†
