Today we celebrated a very special milestone as our Operations Director, Donna, marks 10 years with E-screen.

To say thank you for everything she has contributed over the past decade, we surprised her with flowers, champagne and a voucher for a relaxing Aqua Sana spa experience at Centre Parcs!

We caught up with Donna to reflect on her 10 year journey with E-Screen...

1. How fast (or slow!) has ten years gone for you?
"Honestly, it doesn't feel like ten years until I look in the mirror! Every day is different, which keeps things interesting."

2. How has the AV technology industry changed over 10 years?
"When I started, people were just getting excited about digital signage. Now we have AI, interactive touchscreens, LED walls, cloud CMS platforms and displays that seem cleverer than some people I know! The technology has moved incredibly fast, but one thing has not changed, customers still appreciate good advice and great service!"

3. What has been your biggest achievement over the last 10 years?
"Still being here after ten years! On a serious note, helping the business grow through acquisitions, rebrands, warehouse moves, and a few challenges along the way. Seeing how far E-Screen has come and knowing I have played a part in that makes me really proud."

4. Would you do it all again??
"Absolutely! I would just tell my younger self to discover matcha a lot sooner, its become just as essential as my laptop!"

This week, we had the pleasure of welcoming Cody to E-Screen for his work experience placement.

Over the course of the week, Cody got to know our business and gained hands-on experience across several departments, including Marketing, Warehouse & Logistics, Operations and Sales. We hope that the week spent at E-Screen has given Cody a valuable insight into the world of work and helped him explore the variety of career opportunities within our industry.

A big thank you to everyone across the business who took the time to share their knowledge and make Cody feel so welcome. We wish him every success for the future!
