We officially opened in 2019. Since then, we’ve grown, met some unreal people and watched beginners become advanced.

Funny thing is, I never even planned on owning a gym.

The goal has always stayed the same - build the place I wish I had when I started.

Huge congratulations to Yousef Alfajare on taking 🥈 at the World Judo Championships.

Yousef has been training Jiu-Jitsu with the team for a while now, and it’s always a pleasure having him on the mats.

His Judo experience brings a huge amount to the team, and he’s always willing to share his knowledge and help everyone improve.

JOE GRANT IS BACK - 3RD OCTOBER

Another fight and another step up in opponent.

We’ve deliberately taken more experienced lads so far - amateur MMA is an apprenticeship, and every fight is about learning and developing.

Joe works hard, puts the hours in and deserves success. I’m confident we can build some real momentum.

If you can get down and support him, it’s massively appreciated.

Simple hand fight → clear the grip → get to the outside → single leg → basic finish.

No need to overcomplicate it. Just a good basic takedown.

2-0. 2 fights. 2 first-round RNCs. 🔥

Another big step forward for Joe.

He’s deliberately taking on opponents with more competitive MMA experience, learning from every fight and building properly.

What impresses me most is his consistency. He turns up, puts the work in and wants to understand every part of the game - not just what works, but why.

Only 3 years into Jiu-Jitsu and 1 year into MMA, he’s developing fast.

Another one in 2 weeks. Stay active. Keep learning. Keep improving.
