Hey everyone we’ve rescheduled Ben Bennett’s visit to Tuesday the 28th, and we’re planning a big NoGi class. Hope you can all make it!

We’ll be starting technique at 6pm, with sparring from around 7pm. All levels are welcome, so come down and get involved.

It’s always great to have someone this experienced come in and teach. Open to all gyms - let’s get a busy mat!
