Life Lately 💖

I know I haven’t been around here much so thought I’d share a snapshot of where I’ve been and what I’ve been up too. From a little bit of work too squeezing into my favourite jeans for the last ( at least for a while ), celebrating my bestie getting married in the most stunning setting in Greece and spending time with the family. Safe to say it’s been busy but oh so beautiful 🌟

I’ve had a couple of new followers so I thought a I’d say hello, thank you and introduce myself.

Hi I’m Tor, I’m a mum to an almost 4 year old, wife, coffee and pastry lover, dog mum, champagne instead of Prosecco (always) ice skater, leopard print enthusiast, cardigan obsessive and personal stylist and colour analyst - The juggle is real and in all honestly this and my little biz does tend to take a back seat BUT I absolutely love what I do and adore my clients and I work super super hard for them and I promise to do the same for you.

My absolute favourite service I offer is the wardrobe edit. There is nothing more cathartic. It’s a real energy and confidence booster and we will have such a laugh.

The best day of the year is coming… Mother’s Day 🌷💖 My mum is my absolute everything, no matter how old I get she’s still my biggest cheerleader and support system, how amazing is that?! She still makes sacrifices for me and puts me first, just like I do now for my son. I’ve certainly learnt from the best 🌟

Mums are some of the most hard working and loving people on the planet and boy do they deserve to be celebrated and treated.

What is monochromatic dressing? Dressing head to toe in one colour or a variation of shades of one colour.

Dressing this way is super simple and also helps elongate the body, woohoo!

Some top tips for creating a monochrome outfit :-

• choose a colour that suits you and your mood ( if you don’t know your colours let’s do a colour analysis)

• Mix textures to add depth

• Layer your shades

• Add a bit of metallic for added oomph

• Use accessories like a belt, scarf and necklace to break up the colour.

I went pink and boy it feels good 💖

Did you know pink is the colour of compassion, love, nurturing, romance and kindness? And in its hotter and bolder shades is evokes feelings of independence and feisty fun!

The power of colour really is mind blowing, I felt my mood change dramatically when I popped on this perfect pink jumper. Not only did I look better in my complexion, I just simply felt happier.
