A Complete Vehicle Transformation

12 Corex wraps, 80m+ of printed vinyl and 15 sheets of Corex.

Printed on the Canon Colorado M5 with a matt finish, applied on our application table, precision-cut on the Kongsberg and assembled by our team.

A full look at the production process behind blockout fabric, showcasing the dye-sublimation printing process from start to finish.

Printed on the Agfa Avinci CX3200, calendered with Klieverik, precision cut on Kongsberg, then folded and packed.

From print to finished product, every stage is handled in-house with precision and consistency.

This is what precision looks like.

Vinyl applied to Foamex. Registration marks read. Design cut from the back for razor-sharp edges.

The Kongsberg is accurate enough that two separate pieces can meet perfectly with a joint you can barely see.

A subtle evolution for Beautiful – Large Format Print.

Introducing the b–lfp brand mark, a standalone element we’ll begin using more across the business.

Manufactured in-house using 19mm Foamex, direct UV printed, precision cut on our Kongsberg CNC and installed with Snap-Fix raised fixings for a clean dimensional finish.

The video shows the full process from fabrication through to install.

The same approach we use for reception branding, exhibition lettering and interior signage projects.
