Our client Wyboston Lakes Resort are an award-winning 380-acre countryside resort located between Cambridge and Milton Keynes. It features 416 bedrooms, extensive conference venues, an 18-hole golf course, a spa, and leisure facilities. It operates as a comprehensive destination for business, leisure, and wellness.

We have recently created new branding for the resort’s latest bold new addition to their portfolio ‘The Box’.

The Box redefines what’s possible when it comes to versatile, future-focused event delivery. A scalable, intelligent space built to host events from 400 with private dining, large exhibitions and bespoke formats. A premium pavilion-style structure purpose-built for high-impact, large-scale events. From dynamic exhibitions and association conferences to immersive product launches and private gala dinners.

The team at Wyboston were looking for a bold & contemporary brand style with a sleek, and modern professional aesthetic with typography reflecting a slight tech-inspired edge.

What would a Black Country colour palette look like? 🎨

This palette is a True nod to our locality….

Canal (The Cut) Green and Titanic Steel shaped by graft.
Soot Black and a Furnace Red from an industrious past.
And that unmistakable Orange Chip washed down with a Ruby Mild!

Not polished, Not pretentious. Just honest True colours… the Black Country way.

Six years ago we picked up our crayons and chose not to stay inside the lines. Today, we’re grateful for the joy, the chaos and the magic that comes from creating without boundaries. 🖍️

Our priority is and will always be balance…ensuring that what we share reflects thoughtful, creative work, not just frequent output for the sake of it. ⚖️

True creativity requires space, exploration, and time. Our goal is to honour the process while maintaining a consistent presence, choosing quality and authenticity over the noise of constant posting. 📣

So, if you don’t see us posting, it’s because we’re too busy creating great client work worth posting. It’s a fine line – and we love it. 🚀
