This week, This is Rupert made it onto the small screen for our work with Yana Smaglo and her business Nenya.
We have worked in harmony with a veritable A-Z of top talent including Antonia Kinlan, Claire Strachan, Fran Watson, Jag Panesar, Danni Johnson, Lincoln Roth, Perrin Read and James Mellor to create the country's newest fashion brand. You can hear Yana's story in the video below.
In other news, drinking Champagne first thing on a Monday morning is my new favourite thing

We've been working with the wonderful Bernadette from Class One Driver Management today making a video.

We managed to squeeze a cheeky portrait session in too!
A huge thank you to the team at Elsie Whiteley Innovation Centre for the use of a room to create a space for me to get all my toys out and get creative!

If you have followed our social media posts over the summer
You will no doubt have seen mention of the Rotary Sowerby Bridge’s helping the homeless projects - specifically The Rucksacks 4 Homeless scheme.
This is Rupert has been heavily involved on the comms side on behalf of Rotary since March of this year.
We have made a number of short films featuring people who have benefitted from the project, people who run the project and people who donate their time and skills to the project.
In early July, we filmed Andy and his wife Tracy - they talked about their situation.
As we wrapped up filming, Andy asked “Can we write you a song?”
Never one to look a gift horse in the mouth, I said “Sure!”
Then promptly forgot all about it until a week or so later when Andy’s MP3 dropped into my inbox.
NOW, up until this point, I had paid for and had been using the rights to Paul Weller’s song (or at least the backing track) Broken Stones. The branding for the project was heavily influenced by it too.
Suddenly, we have this brilliant song - gifted to the cause.
If you click below, you can see the video we made for it featuring Andy and Tracy.
There will be CDs available to purchase soon - all money from sales will be donated to the Rotary Rucksacks 4 Homeless charity.
Hope you like it.

It’s always lovely to receive compliments from your customers, but this week has been extra special as my customer’s boss made sure to pass on his thanks for a job well done.

The compliment has come from none other than His Grace, Stephen Cottrell, The Archbishop of York. Here’s what he sent.

Do please pass on thanks and praise to whoever it was that put together those four finance videos that are in this weeks Bulletin. They are clear and helpful and I’m sure we’ll make a big difference in helping everyone in the Diocese understand the challenges we face.
