Look, I know we are all guilty of just clicking away at stuff because we can't be bothered to read the reams and reams of text in the T's & C's...
But what about when things go wrong? Surely it would be good to know where you stand on things when you are not happy... what are your rights as customer?
My terms are on my website (https://mrcreator.co.uk/terms-conditions/) and they're pretty straightforward. It's not war and peace but it WILL give me some peace of mind knowing that I have them to protect me.
Are your terms & conditions obvious to your customers?
(On a side note - I just LOVE how adaptable my logo is for different events!!)
