💓 Monday Reflection (trigger warning ⚠️)

On Saturday at Empowerment Live I spoke about limiting beliefs and the hidden stories we carry about ourselves.

One of the examples I shared was something very personal.

Miscarriage.

When people talk about miscarriage they usually talk about the grief
The sadness
The loss of the baby

And yes that pain is real.

But something that is talked about far less is the impact it has on how you see yourself.

For me, losing babies created beliefs I didn’t even realise I was carrying for years.

Not good enough
My body failed
I’m a failure
Maybe I’m not worthy of the things I want in life

And what surprised me the most is how those beliefs quietly followed me into my business too.

Feeling like I wasn’t good enough
Holding myself back
Questioning whether I deserved success

Over the last few years through deep mindset work, healing and NLP training I’ve done a lot of work on myself around this.

Not just to help others…
But to heal parts of me too.

Something I feel incredibly passionate about speaking about now is how many women carry this silently.

You lose a baby and often you are sent home with a leaflet.

No real emotional support
No space to process what it does to your identity, your worth or your confidence

I’ve lost 7 babies now.

And for a long time I didn’t realise how deeply that experience had shaped the beliefs I held about myself.

You are not broken
You are not a failure
And you are definitely not alone

Sometimes the beliefs we carry make complete sense when we understand where they came from.

Healing them though… that’s where our freedom begins 💕

You are worthy.
Before the launch.
Before the fully booked calendar.
Before the testimonials roll in.
Before the “I’m so proud of you” messages.
Somewhere along the way, we learned to attach our value to output.
And when things feel quiet, we question ourselves.
Maybe I’m not cut out for this.
Maybe I’m not as good as I thought.
Maybe I’ve lost momentum.
But worthiness isn’t something you earn through performance.
Inner strength is knowing who you are even when the results are quiet.
The most empowered women aren’t confident because everything always works. They’re confident because their identity isn’t built on outcomes.
That’s where real empowerment lives.

On 12th March, I’m opening my home again for my next in-person mastermind.

This isn’t a big event. It’s not rows of chairs and surface-level networking.

It’s a small, intentional room of women who know they’re capable of more, but keep holding themselves back.

We talk about visibility.

But we also talk about the fears behind it. The self-doubt. The “who am I to say this?” moments.

You’ll leave with strategy, yes.

But also with belief.

And sometimes that belief is the missing piece.

Being competent doesn’t automatically make you feel confident online.

Being smart doesn’t automatically make you feel ready to post.

Most women I work with know they have value to share. But they find themselves hesitating.

And that’s okay.

Visibility isn’t about performing.

But it is about courage.

Courage to post despite fear. Courage to step into rooms where you might not “fit the mould.” Courage to be seen for who you actually are.

And courage doesn’t mean perfect.

It just means showing up, even when it feels uncertain 💗
