A reminder that while all the “SEO & AI”conversations are dominating the space, Local SEO is still a very vital and irreplaceable component for your business.

It’s true that AI search results are causing a bit of a stir - particularly around blogging and informational based searches. It doesn’t mean SEO is dead it simply asks for a pivot which digital marketers are no stranger to.

Love this new website, still hot off the press for NattyHealth. We've combined a brand new website with managed SEO - so not only does this site look slick, its already dominating search results pages for his service in his area. A great start for a new site.

I felt it was so important to lead with these vision statements first and create SEO'd landing pages behind this, so we always look to connect & convert first, then attract additional new leads with SEO.

I audit websites a lot, especially ahead of a Power Hour where I am about to provide tangible feedback that my client can implement fast to see a return. The things I find myself saying ALL the time?

1) The site doesn’t guide visitors to take action
2) Your homepage is misaligned to its actual purpose
3) The navigation is unclear or strategically prioritised
Visitors don’t know where to go next

Heres what you can do…

Make your homepage about what you do for your clients, how do you do that, and make it clear what visitors should do next.

Have one primary call-to-action (CTA) above the fold e.g., “Book a Free Call” or “Download Our Guide”

Make navigation simple and intuitive by limiting menu options and guide users toward conversion.

Ask yourself “If someone lands on my homepage, do they instantly know what they can get here and what to do next?”
