One of the privileges of being part of BNI Resolute is that each member gets the opportunity to deliver a 10 minute presentation about their business. It gives the rest of the chapter the chance to really understand what you do, who you help and how to recognise a great referral for you. After all, we are each other’s sales team.

For some people the idea of speaking for 10 minutes can feel a bit daunting at first, but the room is always supportive, encouraging and completely non judgemental.
Over the last few months we’ve seen everything from hands-on demonstrations and mini workshops to fun quizzes and more traditional presentations. It’s amazing how creative people get when sharing their expertise.

As well as helping members understand each other’s businesses better, these presentations help us develop confidence, improve our communication skills and sharpen how we talk about what we do. BNI even offers training and workshops to help members build their presentation skills, which is a huge benefit when speaking to clients, networking or pitching for new business.
