Our friend and@Iron institute Gym member Lorenas has been selected to represent the EPA (English Powerlifting Association) in Canada this September at the Commonwealth Championships 🇬🇧🏋️‍♂️

Lorenas has competed for years, setting a Masters 1 bench press record of 192.5kg last year, and now has the chance to compete on an international stage.

We’re trying to help raise £4,000 towards travel and competition costs.

Anything helps and shares are hugely appreciated ❤️

You are my world, my everything. I don’t tell you that enough, but it’s so true

If I push you sometimes it’s because I want you to be better than me, stronger than me, and have the best life possible. I’ll always want the very best for you.

You’re my son, my only son, and I hope you truly know how proud I am of the man you’re becoming. Having you with me every day is one of the greatest gifts life has ever given me.

You’re so outgoing, a real bundle of fun, and you enjoy life the way it should be lived. Stay true to yourself like you always have done. Keep being you, and go do the things you want to do in life. It’s all there to take. Just keep believing in yourself and doing what makes you happy. Live the life you want, not what others say is right Don’t ever let anyone dull that spark you have. Remember, you were born to stand out not to fit it.

Watching you grow up and seeing the person you are today means more to me than words can explain. No matter how old you get, you’ll always be my boy.

We keep our numbers limited so it’s never overcrowded.

I’ll happily show you around, set you up with a simple plan, and make sure you feel comfortable from day one.
We’ve also got two personal trainers if you want that extra bit of guidance to get started.

You just need to start.
