Painting & Decorating Services
We cover all aspects of painting and decorating for domestic and commercial properties. We undertake all sizes of exterior and interior projects. All of our staff are fully trained and carry out work to the highest standard. We have worked for many large commercial organisations, schools, colleges and households.

Preparation
Preparation is key to providing a professional finish and is the most important part of the job. If done properly gloss work can look like a glass finish.
Preparation is as important for paper hanging as it is for painting, that's why we like to prepare and cross line walls before hanging any wallpaper.
Interior Painting
QDC can help you decide on you perfect room. We can offer advice on colour schemes, wallpaper and paint work. We pride ourselves on our preparation work for every job, the correct fillers and primers for each different surface enables us to provide the best finish possible.
Exterior Painting
We use the same care and attention outside as we do inside. Preparation is key for a long lasting finish. Removing flakey paint, burning off where necessary, filling holes and shaping joinery using two part fillers. QDC use the correct outdoor paints that will withstand the elements and give a professional finish for years to come.
Wallpaper Hanging
We love paper, we have hung some pretty complex patterns in some difficult shaped rooms with multiple cuts, circular walls and longs drops with standard and expensive bespoke papers. We believe our paper hanging is second to none. We recommend cross lining the walls with 1000mm grade lining paper before we hang your wallpaper to ensure you get a flawless finish.
We work with various paper types, from £10 rolls from most common DIY stores to £70+ a roll from an Interior Designer. Although the method of hanging different paper is broadly the same, there are different techniques to give the perfect finish.
