Good evening everyone.
Unfortunately due to some people not paying for products or not collecting after making personalised items I will now be requiring non refundable deposits of 50% and payment on collection in full.
I didn't want to go down this route but it costs money for the materials and takes time to make all my products and all profits go to charity hence why i dont charge as much as other people.
Thank you to you all for your custom and hope people do not get offended by this but as I've stated I am starting to lose money by people letting me down
