Aid Todd is the Creative Director of What is Drum and Drum Machine (a 40-piece professional band). He is a professional workshop facilitator of over 25 years and a long-term session musician.

Kati Edwards is a director at What Is Drum and a long-term member of Drum Machine. She is a registered doula and teaches KG Hypnobirthing.

Beth Currie is a director at What Is Drum and a member of Drum Machine. She is also a Fundraising and Marketing Manager at Calderdale SmartMove with over 7 years experience working in charities and hospices.
