The team at Creative Castle were sad to read that Milton Glaser, best known for designing the iconic "I ♥ New York" logo in 1977, passed away earlier this week on his 91st birthday.
A career spanning over 60 years saw Milton Glaser co-found New York magazine, design posters for Bob Dylan and create logos for Brooklyn Brewery and DC Comics. He was one of the most influential designers in the history of design.

Can't believe this project was worked on 3 yrs ago. Derwent is an authentic heritage brand that has supported artists from beginners to professionals. It was great working on the brand refresh.

We loved working on this project with Surface Heros, Surface Heroes who needed a logo and brand identity designed with a modern and memorable look and feel. This was delivered with full supporting assets to support the new company.
