Production & Client Support Role

I’m looking for a highly organised and reliable freelance assistant to support me in running a UK-based brand representation business working across film and television, based in Apsley, Hemel Hempstead.

This is a flexible, ongoing role supporting activity with production teams, brands and day-to-day coordination.

The role includes:

• coordinating communication with productions and brands
• managing emails, follow-ups and general admin
• assisting with product logistics and deliveries
• maintaining accurate records of placements and activity
• providing general business support where required

This would suit someone who is:

• highly organised, proactive and detail-focused
• confident writing professional emails on behalf of a business
• comfortable working independently and taking initiative
• experienced in admin, coordination or assistant roles

Experience within film or television is helpful but not essential.

Details:

• Freelance / self-employed
• Approx. 10–20 hours per week (flexible)
• £20 per hour
• Ongoing role

This role is supported through Access to Work funding, so applicants must be comfortable working in a structured, ongoing support capacity.
