We're excited to announce the launch of a new brand, Incaloop.

Incaloop has been designed to couple original thinking with imaginative design to create the unimaginable from the ground up.

Over the past three years, ex Wavemaker duo Lyndsay Broughton and Jake Mason have worked to create a new breed of marketing agency that enables innovative businesses to develop and leverage distinctive brand assets that set their business apart. In continuation of this, and as the next step for our agency, as of today, Rare Digital will be trading as Incaloop.

China is leading us to the future of commerce with social commerce and entertainmerce providing new and innovative ways to shop.

A combination of behemoth social commerce apps such as WeChat and the rise of live streaming "see now buy now" fashion shows are shining a light on how behind the West is when it comes to e-commerce.

Binding these new commerce channels together is mobile with the convergence being driven by mobile first millennial and Gen Z customers who want to be entertained and to socialize whilst they shop.

The launch of new e-commerce-focused ad formats by Facebook/Instagram and new AI bots such as mode.ai shows a considered and definite move towards social commerce, however, it's fair to say that the West is still a long way behind and we need to up our game fast. http://buff.ly/2nAPL5J

Inflated customer expectations put pressure on the Travel industry.

e-marketer research shows it often takes only one bad customer experience to turn off consumers from using a travel brand.

The powerful combination of travel review websites and always-on social media means that it’s now more important than ever for travel brands to make sure they’re ready to handle misunderstandings and complaints as they arise rather than after the event.

The percentage of total respondents who said they wouldn’t tolerate poor customer service in the travel industry rose from 12% in Q4 2015 to 21% in Q4 2016, the largest increase of any category studied.
