I am incredibly honoured and humbled to have been invited by the Herefordshire Lieutenancy, Mr Edward Harley CBE, to attend a Garden Party at Buckingham Palace, London, England in recognition of my continued dedication to supporting the local community and the County of . To stand in such an iconic setting was a genuinely special experience and one that I will treasure forever.

While my name may have been on the invitation, this recognition is really a reflection of the many people and organisations I have had the privilege of working alongside over the years.

Whether through Belmont Wanderers Football Club, The DM Lab, the The Southside Project, or a range of community initiatives across Herefordshire, everything I have been involved in has been driven by a simple belief: that when people come together with a shared vision, extraordinary things can happen.

Over the past decade, I have been fortunate to help grow Belmont Wanderers from a small grassroots football club into one of the largest volunteer-led clubs in the county, now supporting more than 500 players across 30+ teams with the help of over 70 incredible volunteers. Together, we are delivering a transformational £2.5 million community project that will provide state-of-the-art sporting and community facilities for generations to come.

Through The DM Lab, I have also had the opportunity to support businesses, charities and public sector organisations, using digital marketing and strategic thinking to help them grow and make a greater impact.

I am deeply grateful for this recognition and proud to play a small part in helping make Herefordshire an even better place to live, work and thrive.

Pretty cool that The DM Lab has been named a Top Firm for Spring 2026 by 50Pros!

What makes this especially meaningful to us is that it’s not something you can pay for or apply to just for the sake of it. It’s based on real work, real results, and how we show up for our clients. It also puts us in the company of some seriously strong agencies, which makes it even more rewarding. For us, it’s a nice reminder of what we’ve been focused on from the start, like:
