π Winner: FMBE Gold Award for Most Immersive Brand Event for 2019
Last year we worked alongside Samsung to create their perfect incentive trip, one that aimed to encapsulate their "Do What You Can't" mentality, grow market share and increase brand love. Through the creation of a points scheme competition that both encouraged employees and tracked progression, thirteen of the highest performing and most dedicated participants were announced as winners and were whisked off to Iceland for an action packed, yet relaxing three day trip to Iceland.
Surrounded by incredible views and fantastic company, the winners had the opportunity to spend their days driving up active volcanoes and across glaciers in 4X4 trucks and snowmobiles, swimming in the Blue Lagoon and exploring the Geysers of Iceland. The incentive was a huge success as it saw an increase in brand appreciation, employee passion and motivation, and sparked several new friendships across the business.
