Making your own wine or beer? Why not join your local wine & beer club?
Ware Wine & Beer Circle meets at The Southern Maltings, Kibes Lane, Ware. Their aim is to encourage and improve the making of homemade wines and beers and to provide a forum for social discussion. The circle is affiliated to the National Association of Wine and Beermakers (Amateur).

Meetings are generally held on the third Monday of each month. There are a few exceptions so please refer to their web site wwbc.org.uk for details of their programme.

This Remembrance Sunday, we come together in Hertford Town Centre to pay our respects to those who served and sacrificed for our freedom.

The Remembrance Parade and Service will take place on Sunday, 10th November, from 10:30 to 11:30 am. Starting at St Andrew Street Car Park, servicemen, women, and local uniformed groups will join in procession, commemorating the bravery of our Armed Forces.

All are welcome to gather at the War Memorial to observe the Parade and honour our heroes, reflecting on their courage, resilience, and commitment. Follow the Procession to All Saints Church Service for a time of remembrance and unity.

Are you a classical music lover? If so, we have some exciting news for you!

Hertford Symphony Orchestra is bringing a night of passion, power, and emotion to Ware Drill Hall!

On Saturday, 9th November, immerse yourself in an evening of musical storytelling with Drama, Melody & Fate.

Experience Brahms’ intense Tragic Overture, followed by the enchanting Mendelssohn Violin Concerto with the incredible soloist, Charlie Lovell-Jones.

To top it all off, the night will crescendo with the haunting beauty of Tchaikovsky’s legendary 6th Symphony under the baton of Jonathan Mann.

This promises to be an unforgettable journey through some of the most moving works ever written.
