We’re working on an exciting new development for independent providers offering skills bootcamps and other funded further education, skills and vocational training programmes, which could be of particular interest if you are an independent training provider or employer, using the Learner Entry Tool (LET) to submit ILR data.
As well as all the usual benefits the Impello CRM provides; with the all-in-one platform powering seamless marketing, recruitment, onboarding and tracking of leaners, as well as facilitating live and on-demand delivery through a branded learning portal - this latest Impello development will ease the pain many independent providers have in submitting ILR data via the Learner Entry Tool.
We are developing a web-based tool that exports the ILR data from Impello in CSV format, validates it and reformats it in an LET compatible format, ready for upload to the LET in a matter of moments.
Simply
1) Select the learner records you wish to upload from Impello
2) Press “Export” to download those records in CSV format
3) Upload or paste the CSV data into our web-based tool
(the tool then validates the data and highlights any issues that will prevent a successful submission)
4) Press “Generate XML” to create the ILR compatible XML
5) Upload the XML to the ILR
(secure in the knowledge that it won’t get rejected!)
We are currently developing the first phase of the Impello – ILR XML tool and it should be ready for release in Q1 2026.
The second phase will see a closer integration with Impello and further speeding the process, reducing the required steps from the five outlined above, to just three.
