New Project: Mere Brook House

What we did: Website design & development

Who are they? is the Wirrals hidden gem. An imposing Edwardian country house, perfect for weddings, celebratory events, business meetings and rural getaways.

We have worked with Mere Brook ever since they opened their doors as a B&B back in 2008 and it was fantastic to be invited back to be involved again.

Now under new management and with a slight focal shift from being a B&B to wanting to be a more prominent boutique venue and accommodation choice for weddings and events in the North West, this latest iteration of the site which is arguably Mere Brooks biggest aesthetic overhaul to date.

To showcase the property and its capabilities for events, larger imagery has been used throughout the site, along with many galleries. This has all been framed with floral details a softer pastel palette that takes influence from the original maroon and green colour scheme albeit with a much lighter touch. The softer tone throughout very much plays strongly into the wedding market in particular.

What we did: Website design & development

Who are they? The Contact Company https://buff.ly/3S3Xwlm is a leading outsourced customer service provider in the UK.

Over the course of its first ten years they have grown exponentially, transforming from a small startup into a major player in the private sector. Recognising the need for an online presence that reflected their positive trajectory, they approached us for a brand new site.

The original website lacked visual appeal, with a predominantly grey color scheme and minimal imagery, mostly consisting of office buildings. Our primary goal was to inject vibrancy, colour, and most importantly, people into the design. We wanted to highlight The Contact Company's main USP, which is their UK-based team, who provide exceptional customer service. The aim was to portray them as friendly and engaging, making them an attractive choice for B2B customers. To achieve this, we focused on showcasing their expertise through an extensive range of case studies along with the bolder aesthetic.

Winning this project was a notable milestone for us, and we are excited to build a lasting relationship with The Contact Company's amazing team.

New Project: Embrace Digital

What we did: Brand revamp, website design & development

Who are they? Embrace Digital is a boutique consultancy and solutions provider, that helps implement and streamline operational solutions, which often rely on the complex receipt and processing of documents and data.

Having created their original branding and website in 2017, Embrace came back to us in 2023 for a complete visual overhaul.

Starting with the logomark, various ideas were explored before settling on the retention of the tribar icon, albeit with an updated look. The tribar is indicative of equivalence between two different things. In Embrace’s case that is the process of transforming paper documentation in digital format.

Along with the logo, in order to give the overall brand a refresh we moved away from the blue and grey cityscape and robotic imagery that dominated before and introduced a vivid colour palette and images of people. Doing so gave the website and brand materials greater vibrancy and switching from robotics to humans brought greater relevance to
the beneficiaries of Embrace’s service as opposed to the process, making the information much more engaging.

Embrace is another fantastic example of where we have made lasting relationships with those that work with us. It's been an absolutely pleasure being a small part of their continued journey.
