cular dislike of phoney sales campaigns such as ‘50% off this week only’ which seem to mysteriously always be on offer. We respect your intelligence and will not try to fool you into thinking you are getting a special deal but only if you hurry. We simply offer our best price, every time. Furthermore, we aim to offer as much choice as possible; not the wisest decision if you want to churn out print at maximum profit, but then we are pretty good at what we do and we need the challenge. Nor do we ruin Christmas, Easter, Halloween or any other celebration by hijacking it as a sales leverage tool. If we could all stop trying to cajole and hood-wink one another with marketing tricks the world would be a nicer place, there would be a lot less unwanted junk in it and it might last a bit longer. And all that sales and marketing effort could be channelled into creating a better product and giving a better service and the cost saving could lower the price of the products. Well it is, and we’re doing it. Based in leafy Buckinghamshire, we love it when unsuspecting visitors suddenly find that they have stepped in to the future at our super-hitec production facility, bristling with eye-popping technology.
