🚿 Couldn’t Find a Plumber… So We Built One That Finds Customers

Just finished working on a website for a local plumbing business Cant Find A Plumber.

Simple idea… but powerful.

Most small businesses rely on:

I’m not against roadworks. Fix the roads.
Just maybe don’t block the main route and every escape route at the same time.

🕰️ Imagine waking up and finding yourself in Historic High Wycombe…

The year? Let’s say somewhere around 1720.
No cars. No screens. Just muddy boots, market chatter, and the distant sound of a horse cart clunking over cobblestones.
The local pub’s already serving strong ale, and your neighbour’s just invited you over to show off the new chair he hand-carved with pride.

Yes — back then, High Wycombe wasn’t just any town. It was the Furniture Capital of the World.
Our chairs were famous. Our markets were packed. Our rivers powered mills.
People didn’t scroll, they strolled.
And Wi-Fi? That was just a polite way of saying "wife."

It was gritty. It was charming. And it was real.

I've been quietly recreating little glimpses of that lost world using AI — taking old corners of High Wycombe and imagining what they might have looked like back in their heyday.

🐴 Horse carts delivering veg.
🪑 Craftsmen carving in dusty workshops.
🍞 Bakers, brewers, barbers — all frozen in a world that feels oddly familiar, yet completely foreign.

These aren’t just pictures. They’re time-travel snapshots.
Tiny windows into a version of Wycombe our ancestors once called home.

Because sometimes, it’s beautiful to look back and wonder how much of that soul still lingers today.
