🔍 CRITICAL – VERIFIED INFORMATION FROM SEARCHING OFFICERS
A local resident has spoken directly with a police officer actively involved in the search for missing 85-year-old Glenda Keal. The officer provided a detailed breakdown of Glenda’s last known movements, CCTV sightings, likely routes, and search logic based on what is and isn’t captured on local cameras.
📍 CCTV TIMELINE – FULL SEQUENCE OF EVENTS
• Just before 1:30pm, Sunday 7 December – Glenda boards the 158 bus at The Hollow, Earl Shilton.
• ~1:45pm – She gets off the bus at The Crescent, Hinckley.
• She is then seen walking towards Station Road after exiting the bus.
• Just after 1:50pm – CCTV shows Glenda on Hawley Road, walking in the direction of Westfield Road.
This is the last confirmed CCTV timestamp before the new sighting discovered later.
🚨 MAJOR NEW CCTV SIGHTING – TEENAGER ON BIKE MAY HOLD VITAL INFORMATION
• 2:17pm – CCTV from a premises on the corner of Coventry Road & Granville Gardens (Hinckley) shows Glenda speaking to a teenage boy on a bicycle.
• The interaction lasts approximately 25 seconds.
• The boy is seen pointing, appearing to give directions to Glenda.
• He is wearing a dark tracksuit with stripes on the arms.
• He has a small parcel or takeaway box mounted on the front of his bike.
This teenager could be the key witness who knows exactly what Glenda asked, what directions he gave her, and where she went next.
📍 DETAILED MOVEMENTS
A police officer confirmed:
• Glenda was then seen on CCTV at the Coventry Road shops (near the fish & chip shop).
• She was walking down Coventry Road toward Hinckley town centre.
• Police confirm she did NOT reach Lidl, nor the Family Centre — they checked all CCTV in those locations, and Glenda does not appear.
• Because of this, officers believe she may have cut through the side of the park, taking the narrow path (jitty) that leads to Granby Road.
• She was also NOT seen at the CCTV-covered Rugby Road shops, ruling out that direction.

Officers believe Glenda is now likely in a place that is:

• Possibly concealed or sheltered
• Somewhere a passer-by would not easily spot her

• Granby Road
• All paths, jitties, cut-throughs, wooded edges, behind garages, alleyways, and park-side areas.
