Church Walk will be looking much brighter in the evenings with new lighting. Thank you to Holmes Chapel Parish Council.

New Lights for Church Walk

Holmes Chapel Parish Council is delighted to have funded the addition of three lights to Church Walk.

This is the final stage in our renovation to that area, which included resurfacing, the installation of planters on the railings and the addition of an archway - all to enhance the traditional look of this heritage part of the village.

We hope residents enjoy the new lights.

Have you received one of these orange order forms through your door? 32 Explorer Scouts delivered these to Holmes Chapel homes last week. Please don’t throw it away. This plant sale is raising valuable funds for their Group. The funds will help the Explorer Scouts with their Duke of Edinburgh Awards and help with the group's running costs.

The plants are top quality, locally grown bedding plants, baskets and planters, available to order and ready for collection or delivery on Sat 16th May. Deadline for orders is 26th April and order forms can be posted through orange post boxes in Tesco Express, Holmes Chapel Library, The Print Room, 42 Elm Drive or emailed to the Scout Group.

If you don't receive a form or if you are a business or local group that would like to support the sale you can download a form from vesu.org.uk or pick one up from The Print Room.
