Templemore Baths is the only Victorian baths building in Ireland that survives in its original form, with its original swimming pool and slipper baths. It is one of Belfast’s heritage gems.

This important amenity, which has been used by the east Belfast community for over 100 years, has been restored and revitalised for people to continue to enjoy today.

Find out more about our interpretation, which tells the story of the baths through the people and place surrounding it, giving voice to those who once bathed, swam and worked here.

Everyone wants a piece of Patrick.

Just in time for the biggest day in Ireland’s cultural calendar, last week saw the launch of the refreshed Saint Patrick Centre exhibition in Downpatrick, the only permanent exhibition in the world about Ireland’s patron saint.

Our illustrative approach breathes fresh life into the story of the slave who became a saint, author of the first written word in this country and now a cultural icon known the world over. New films and animations illuminate all aspects of his character, life and legacy. There’s something for everyone to see and do, with family-friendly activities and costumes on display from Saint Patrick’s Day parades around the globe.

Look out for our case study to find out how we brought a sustainable approach to the exhibition.

Today sees the launch of the National Famine Museum at Strokestown, an internationally significant project we have been working on for the past five years.

Through the lens of the estate’s vast archive, the museum sensitively reveals the experiences of those who lived and worked at Strokestown during the Famine.

Delving into one of the darkest times in Ireland’s past through empathetic and evocative interpretation, the visitor experience balances unique archival documents and artefacts with atmospheric media and design, creating an experience which will live long in the memory.

'The revamped museum uses modern exhibition techniques — projections, soundscapes, voiceover — to tell the broader story of the culture and day-to-day Irish life before, during and after the Famine, through the dramatic stories of this estate and its cruel particulars.'

This internationally significant project is scheduled to open early July. Watch this space to discover more closer to launch day.
