Last week, we swapped the day-to-day client work for a session in the classroom 👨‍🎓

We spent some time with students on the Digital Marketing MSc at the University of Brighton.

After a bit of reminiscing (one of us was sat in those same lectures a few years ago), it turned into an open conversation about what marketing actually looks like outside of uni.

We talked about SEO and AI search, but it naturally moved into how everything connects. Websites, content, strategy, and what it’s like working with businesses of all shapes and sizes 🏢

The level of engagement made it what it was, and it’s conversations like that that highlight how much the space is shifting, especially when you look at search, AI, and how it all connects.

We’re looking for our next EDP intern!

We’ve opened a small number of 6-month Digital Marketing & Creative Internship spots with the goal of offering a full-time paid role to the right person at the end.

If you’re after an internship where you just watch from the background… this won’t be it.

You’ll be involved from day one. Creating things, helping shape ideas, working on real projects, and getting to see the impact of what you do.

We move quickly here, and you’ll learn a lot in a short space of time.

You might come from all kinds of backgrounds, but chances are you’re interested in things like:

• Digital marketing & content
• Web & creative
• Business development
• Operations & research
• AI & automation

A few examples of what you’ll work on:

• Content for live campaigns
• Real websites and client deliverables
• Market research and early-stage ideas
• Small internal tools and product concepts
• Shoots, meetings, planning sessions
• Sales outreach / new-business exposure
• Automation prototypes

It’s a hands-on role in a high-trust environment, and if you’re someone who enjoys learning and actually getting stuck in, you’ll do well here.

The practical bits:

• 3 days per week
• 6-month programme → potential full-time role
• Must be local to East Sussex (hybrid: from home + on location)
• Must be able to drive (shoots and client visits)

We were back at 22 Bishopsgate last Friday filming another round of podcasts for The Agentic Exec 🎬

UiPath kindly had us back. Their boardrooms have some of the best views in London and always make the day feel easy.

A few upgrades to our setup made a real difference on Friday, giving us more room to focus on the conversations rather than the logistics.

We’re always looking for ways to get better every time we pick up the cameras, and Friday was one of those days where it all felt like a step in the right direction.

We’re looking forward to doing more of this kind of work with other businesses 🎙️
