Your content might not be the problem.

Who ACTUALLY see’s it might be.

This is a common problem with a lot of niche B2B businesses.

They post something useful...

It gets a few likes.

Maybe a “wow great insight” from another founder.
(or their automated AI bot 😅 )

Probably liked by a recruiter.

Or their mate from school.

Maybe someone trying to sell them a lead gen system in the comments 🫠

But the actual buyer?

The operations director.

The finance lead.

The managing director.

The person with the budget, pain and authority.

They never even saw it 😔

That’s why “just post more” is not the best advice.

A good post still needs the right audience.

This is where founder content and paid distribution start to become properly interesting.

Take the post that explains the problem clearly.

The one that shows your thinking.

The one that proves you understand the buyer’s world.

Then put it in front of the EXACT companies and job titles you actually want to reach.

Not your existing bubble.

Not random LinkedIn regulars.

Your actual ICP 🎯

The issue usually isn’t the post.

It’s who sees it.

I built a free tool to help niche B2B founders create 10 buyer-led LinkedIn posts from one belief they actually hold.

Use it here: https://evergreen-growth.com/founder-post-engine

Everyone wants the cool growth hack.

But don’t overcomplicate it.

Most businesses would grow faster if they just:

1. Had a better product/offer
2. Made ads people actually stop for
3. Fixed their landing page(s) bit by bit
4. Retargeted people who are close to buying

Works for B2C.

Works for “boring” B2B too.

Keep it simple!

“James, what do you ACTUALLY do?”

I help boring, niche B2B companies get more leads and fatten up their pipelines.

I do this by focusing on making ads that aren’t boring.

and ensuring those sroll-stopping ads are precisely targeted at their exact target audience and those most likely to buy.

exciting, relatable ad concepts that are built around really specific niche problems for these very specific niche audiences.

focusing on them and not waffling on about ‘synergy’ and the company’s history and new brand values.

and creating an attention-grabbing ecosystem that makes small business punch well above their weight...

because to that very niche audience, my clients are EVERYWHERE!

Your B2B Ads Are Too Boring (probably).

Steal these 4 instead.

If you’re selling industrial equipment, managed IT, compliance audits, SaaS, or any “unsexy” B2B product, the same stock photos and corporate jargon won’t cut it.

In this video I break down 4 ad concepts we use day in, day out for boring B2B clients, concepts that actually stop the scroll, make buyers feel something, and turn cold audiences into booked calls.

Every concept is pulled from REAL campaigns running right now for B2B clients

When your business isn’t sexy, the advertising has got to be.

Nothing wrong with a “boring” business.

But if the marketing is boring as well…
good luck.

This one genuinely pi**es me off.

“Our industry is too boring for ads.”

I hear it all the time.

And it just stops good companies from even trying.

Yeah, maybe you are in a “boring” industry.
- Racking systems.
- Compliance software.
- IT procurement.

No one wakes up excited about that.

But they’re not buying it because it’s exciting.

They’re buying it because:

They don’t want to lose money.
They don’t want to miss a deadline and get shouted at.
They don’t want to look incompetent in front of their boss.
They don’t want to sign off on the wrong supplier and waste budget.

That’s what they actually care about.

If you’re selling racking systems…

You’re not selling racking systems.

You’re selling the ops director the ability to sleep at night knowing their warehouse isn’t a liability anymore.

If you’re selling compliance software…

You’re not selling software.

You’re selling that moment when an auditor walks in and everything is exactly where it should be.

So yeah…

If all your ads talk about features, specs, “solutions”, corporate waffle…

They won’t work.

Because no one cares.

But if you actually speak to the problem they’re dealing with right now…

It’s not boring at all.

People forget this with B2B.

You’re still dealing with humans.

They’ve got pressure and targets.

They just want their s**t sorted out… and not to f**k it up.

If you can make someone think within 3 seconds:

“that’s exactly my problem”

You’ve got a good ad.

Doesn’t matter what industry you’re in.

“How much do LinkedIn ads cost?”

Wrong question.

Most people compare themselves to “average” benchmarks.

Problem is…

Average includes:

• bad targeting
• lazy campaigns
• zero optimisation

So yeah… the numbers look expensive.

Reality?

It doesn’t take much to beat average and get strong results.

Comment/DM “COST” and I’ll send the full breakdown.

Big brands are running Thought Leader Ads now.

I literally saw Gemma Collins × Canva.

Why?

Because people stop for people.
Not logos.

But you don’t need to be famous or have a ton of followers...

You just need to be ‘micro-famous’ to a few hundred decision makers in your EXACT niche.

You don’t need 100,000 followers in your weird B2B niche.

You need 500 people who think of you FIRST.

Right now you’re posting content and getting 2 likes:

• Dave from accounts
• your aunt

Meanwhile your actual buyers haven’t even seen you.

There’s a secret LinkedIn ad format fixing this for as little as £10/day.

Comment “FAMOUS” and I’ll send the full guide.
