Your content might not be the problem.
Who ACTUALLY see’s it might be.
This is a common problem with a lot of niche B2B businesses.
They post something useful...
It gets a few likes.
Maybe a “wow great insight” from another founder.
(or their automated AI bot 😅 )
Probably liked by a recruiter.
Or their mate from school.
Maybe someone trying to sell them a lead gen system in the comments 🫠
But the actual buyer?
The operations director.
The finance lead.
The managing director.
The person with the budget, pain and authority.
They never even saw it 😔
That’s why “just post more” is not the best advice.
A good post still needs the right audience.
This is where founder content and paid distribution start to become properly interesting.
Take the post that explains the problem clearly.
The one that shows your thinking.
The one that proves you understand the buyer’s world.
Then put it in front of the EXACT companies and job titles you actually want to reach.
Not your existing bubble.
Not random LinkedIn regulars.
Your actual ICP 🎯
The issue usually isn’t the post.
It’s who sees it.
I built a free tool to help niche B2B founders create 10 buyer-led LinkedIn posts from one belief they actually hold.
