One Voice Rule

Pick one sentence your brand should always sound like.

For example:“Helpful, no-fluff content that makes decisions easier.”

Now apply that sentence everywhere:• captions• website buttons• email subject lines• client communication• calls to action

If something feels off-brand, rewrite it.

Content Map, not chaos

Stop posting reactively.

Create 4 content buckets based on customer moments:• Discover• Consider• Decide• Experience/Use

Then assign one post per week to each category and batch your content ahead of time.

This makes it easier for your VA or support team to create graphics, captions, and CTAs consistently - without scrambling on posting day.

Home Page Priority Ladder

Choose the top 3 actions you want visitors to take on your website.

For example:• book a call• view your services• enquire about support

Now structure your homepage around those actions in order of priority.

If your homepage pushes email signups first but your real goal is enquiries, your website is working against you.
