Last month, Pixeljack successfully launched a complete website redesign for local business Wilson Propshafts. Established in 1975, Wilson Propshafts tasked us with creating a fresh company logo, modernising their website, and carefully handling the SEO transition from the old site to the new.

Working closely with the owner, Tracey, we followed a clear brief: retain the classic blue branding while designing a contemporary, mobile- and tablet-friendly website. The result is a sleek, modern site honouring the business's history, featuring bold call-to-actions encouraging easy contact via web forms and phone numbers.

Like any project, the launch wasn't without its challenges—stay tuned for our upcoming blog post on domain control—but with determination (and a few strongly worded emails), we were thrilled to get the site live. We're also proud to provide ongoing hosting and email services as part of Pixeljack's maintenance package.

Earlier this year, I had the privilege of working with my sister on developing a portfolio website to showcase a mixture of the amazing illustration and 3D animation work Robyn produced while at college and university.

Robyn knew precisely how she wanted the site to look, and we launched it in just a few days of development time. The minimalist design strongly emphasizes Robyn's work, and the animated showreel showcases just a snippet of her capabilities.

The website will act as a platform for Robyn to add her future works and will provide a professional and competitive edge when job hunting once she graduates.

After three years of client-first service, we're excited to announce that Pixeljack has completed a much-needed website refresh. While our focus continues to be on delivering exceptional client results, we decided it was time to enhance our own digital presence and bring our site in line with the rest of our portfolio of work.

Our revamped website offers a smoother browsing experience, thanks to a speed boost achieved by swapping to a faster page-building framework. We've also revamped our service descriptions to provide more precise insights into the comprehensive solutions we offer.

In addition to showcasing our portfolio of work spanning the past three years, we're introducing a new Project Planner tool. This user-friendly tool aims to simplify the process of estimating project costs based on individual requirements, providing clients with greater transparency and a clearer understanding of project costs.

This morning, we're excited to launch a new website for the brilliant author Rachael Ruth

Acting as a hub for all things R E Lewin, the site showcases content from many platforms, including embedded content from TikTok and YouTube, and product reviews from Amazon. Featuring descriptive pages for The Children of Pisces series, the site exhibits a galactic theme targeted towards the young adult demographic for whom the books are targeted.

Additionally, the site has eCommerce functionality with signed copies of the books purchasable directly through an online shop. Using Klaviyo for email marketing and Stripe for payment processing, the site's framework allows for easy expansion and listing of additional products, with an anticipated launch later this year.

We're thrilled with the final design and look forward to working with R E Lewin on future book launches in 2024 & 2025.

It's been a busy few months at Pixeljack as we wrap up projects from the end of last year and welcome some new clients whose projects we begin in the coming weeks and months.

Last week we completed a re-design for the wonderful Tara Paonessa and her new Conscious Coaching brand.

The brief was a minimalist design focused on colours and typography. We worked backwards on this project at the client's request, starting with the contact, services and other pages before finally building the homepage and bringing together sections from across the site. Integrated with Calendly and Klaviyo, the site helps connect customers to Tara through scheduling and marketing software that helps streamline repetitive and time-consuming processes.

Both Pixeljack & Tara are delighted with the result, and we look forward to adding additional functionality for upcoming product launches in the coming months!

After a busy couple of months renovating our kitchen, I'm excited to be back and sharing some of my recently completed work.

Firstly, we've got this beautiful new logo for Nottinghamshire start-up All But Alchemy.

Heather was delighted with Pixeljacks' work, leaving a 5-star review reading: "Very impressed with the service offered. Excellent outcome and very quick response. Joe was able to design a great logo for my new business, which really hit the spot. He is very professional, and I am confident I will use his services in the future."

We today launched a website redesign for the entertainment technology solutions provider, Glantre Engineering Ltd.

The new, sleek design provides a professional look and feel, showcasing Glatnre's completed projects with interactive sliders that automatically update as case studies are loaded onto the WordPress CMS.

After careful optimisation for both SEO and mobile/tablet viewing, the site boasts an impressive load time of just 0.9 seconds with an average PageSpeed Insights score of 95/100.
