Posting myself “working” is basically me sat in front of a laptop, mobile or ipad creating content. Soooo there you go. 

I also provide content consultancy and strategy as well as whitelabel content creation service so a shed load of other cracking marketers BUT again... usually facing a screen. 

This is the “unseggsy” world of being a freelancer, sometimes it pretty much is battling with your screen time whilst wondering if you can learn how to edit better in CapCut.

Needs must tbh. 

If you also “sit down and create content for a living” please tell me how else you make sure you move your body?

Also like to point out I have never stepped foot in a Pilates studio so if these moves are incorrect, I literally have no idea, it’s just all for the content tbh. 

If you feel like you have zero time in your biz to create bangin content, hire someone who can help... your nervous system will thank you. Then you actually CAN go to a pilates studio and bring some zen into your life.

As a freelance content creator who lives mostly online, it is SO important to me that I try to find a balance OFFline as well. So doing something fun or “balanced” as they call it is what I try to do each weekend. 

Sometimes it might be the same boring routine of a gym sesh, nice salad and a walk and other times it could be singing my little heart out. ALL times, best believe I will be documenting the content as I go along. 

This is what I mean when I say everything really IS content (or can be turned into content to help grow your biz!)

Another busy weekend as a freelance content creator! 

This one was solo gigging, supporting poolside at the swimming gala and finishing things up with more singing with the community choir I am part of. 

One thing about being a freelancer that I love is having every single Friday off “work!” It’s a non negotiable boundary for me, it’s my day to have a PT session, to watch my favourite telly, or maybe get a walk in. After 6 years of working for myself, this is the balance that works for me (although appreciate not everyone can squeeze everything they have to do at work into 4 days!)

Me most days tbh. I love Instagram and loathe Instagram, but each time I keep coming back for more. 

BUT having templates to work from (especially bangin viral carousel ones!) makes it more tolerable. You don’t even need me to create that many to work with either tbh. 

Some of my clients get a big batch of 30x and that lasts them 2-3 months. Some of my clients ask for 6x and that’s enough for them to get going with (and re-purpose over and over too!)

The truest example of “everything is content” is right here in this reel tbh. 

Promising to keep anything green alive that comes into my house... big fat NOPE. Creating absolutely banging content for your business... THAT I can do. Still, my friends buy me plants, potted flowers and “easy” houseplants that allegedly are indestructible. They all meet the same end (that’s the bin btw!) but I love that they * want * me to be a better house plant mother lols. 

Your content is always alive, fed. watered and in good hands with me. 

Did you know, I design Canva graphics for all social media platforms, presentation slides, decks for data, onboarding, all sorts. If I can design it IN Canva then I will. I have some space for May & June atm comment GRAPHICS to work together.
