What a week! 👏

On Tuesday, we attended the UK StartUp Awards regional final after Agilita Digital was shortlisted for Marketing & Advertising Startup of the Year.

While we didn’t bring home the trophy this time, being recognised less than 18 months after launching the business is something we’re incredibly proud of.

Then on Thursday, it was a very different setting altogether. We were trackside at Snetterton creating content ahead of the next round of the Britcar Championship, spending the day capturing photography and video in the paddock.

In between, it was business as usual with client meetings, campaign work, website projects and plenty of conversations about how we can help businesses improve their marketing and grow sustainably.

No two weeks are ever quite the same, and that’s one of the things we enjoy most about what we do.

Most businesses don’t set out to waste money on Meta Ads.

The campaigns are launched with good intentions, the targeting looks sensible and the reports often appear healthy enough on the surface.

The problem is that some of the biggest issues affecting performance aren’t always obvious. Weak tracking, poor testing, stale creative and customer journeys that create friction can quietly undermine results for months before anyone realises what’s happening.

In our latest article, we’ve explored five of the most common Meta Ads mistakes we uncover when reviewing accounts that should be performing far better than they are.

Too much choice online can become a problem surprisingly quickly.

Large product ranges often feel impressive internally, but from a customer’s perspective they can become difficult to process without strong structure, filtering and guidance.

Endless scrolling and hundreds of similar products can slow decision-making down and create hesitation, even when someone arrives with genuine intent to buy.

We’ve taken a closer look at how choice overload affects online behaviour and why reducing friction plays such an important role in conversion.

A strong brand deserves a website and digital presence that reflects it properly.

Julian McBride Racing & Coaching is a great example of why a clear structure, consistent branding and the right content platform matter, especially in motorsport where sponsors, partners and opportunities are often shaped by perception as much as performance.

The new website was designed to give Julian a more professional and scalable platform around his racing and coaching activity, while creating space for ongoing content, photography, race updates and commercial growth moving forward.

We’re proud to have delivered this project and excited to continue supporting Julian as the season progresses.

I’m really pleased to finally share the new branding and website for Julian McBride Racing & Coaching.

The eagle-eyed among you may already have spotted the new look on the car at Oulton Park a couple of weeks ago, but it’s great to now reveal everything properly.

This has been in the works behind the scenes for a little while and feels like a big step forward in bringing everything together properly, both on and off the circuit.

A massive thank you to Elle at Hey Magpie for the branding work and Alex at Agilita Digital for designing and building the website.

I’ll be using the website and social channels to share race reports, photography, updates and more behind-the-scenes content, covering everything from race weekends and preparation through to coaching, testing and the wider journey away from the circuit.

I'd love to know what you think of the new look and website!

Round 1 of the 2026 British Superbike Championship at Oulton Park is in the books for Agilita Digital supported riders Luca Hopkins and Kam Dixon.

It was a brilliant start to the season for Luca Hopkins racing in the 1pMobile National Junior Sportbike Championship. P6 on Sunday followed by a superb ride to P2 on Monday on his Kawasaki for Team SBR Racing powered by DKS Directional Drilling, leaving him third in the Championship after the opening weekend.

For Kam Dixon #52, it was a tougher outing in the Pirelli National Superstock Championship. Kam experienced a highside moment on entry to turn six and, after gathering the bike, ran on into the foam safety blocks at the chicane. The impact brought out the red flag and ended his race early.

He was able to get back to his feet and was taken to the medical centre for precautionary checks, and is now resting ahead of Round 2 at Donington Park in a couple of weeks’ time.

A lot of dealership social media looks active, but it often lacks direction.

Feeds fill up with stock posts, shared listings and bits of content that don’t really connect. It shows that something is happening, but it doesn’t always give people a clear sense of the business behind it.

Buyers are already forming an impression before they make contact. Social media plays a part in that, even when it isn’t being treated as a priority.

This article looks at how dealership content is being used, what tends to get ignored, and how it influences the quality of enquiries that follow.

One-page websites sound like a good idea until you actually expect them to do something.

Everything gets forced into a single URL. Services, content, messaging, all sitting on top of each other with no real structure behind it. That limits how the site can be understood, both by search engines and by the people using it.

It also makes it harder to grow. Adding new content becomes messy, tracking performance becomes vague, and over time the site stops supporting the business properly.

In our recent article, we've broken this down properly, including a real example where a one-page site was rebuilt into something that actually works.

If your business social media posts sound like they’re coming from “I” instead of the business, it’s worth taking a step back.

It might feel natural when you’re writing it, but it changes how the business is perceived. Over time, it makes everything feel smaller, less structured and a bit less credible than it probably is.

It’s a small detail, but it’s one that comes up a lot, especially in smaller businesses, and it’s rarely deliberate.

We’ve broken down why it matters and what to do instead.

Using “I” on business social media can make your brand feel smaller and less credible. Here’s why tone of voice matters more than you think.
