What do you Really Need to Build 100K Therapy Business?
Forget all the noise, ignore all the bad advice, and leave behind all the outdated training on how to build a thriving practice. If you do these things correctly and in the right order you can easily build a thriving 6 figure therapy practice.
1. Get your brand right. Building a clear consistent brand that represents you, what you do and what your ideal customer is looking for is the foundation for building a successful business. You cannot skip this step. When you get it right you will give potential clients confidence and make all your activities congruent. Get it wrong and you will at best confuse your clients. And one thing you must understand is that confused clients do not buy.
2. Build high-value offerings that customers believe in to solve their problems. You must create offerings that clients see as high value, that are focused upon their issues and that raise your value and credibility. When you have high-value offerings people do not challenge your prices, you do not have to justify your fees and you will get more work from the right kinds of people.
3. Get traffic. Once you have got your brand right and get your offerings right then you need to get traffic. To get traffic you do need to get points 1 and 2 right first because Google is assessing you for your credibility, for your relevance, and for your ability to provide value to your clients. If you confuse Google, it will ignore you. So once your brand and offerings are right you can then get your SEO and other online ‘traffic generating’ actions that will raise your authority in place. This will not only drive traffic, but it will give you the right kind of traffic.
4. Understand how to convert traffic on your website (and other channels) into high-value conversations with you.
5. Learn how to manage your client conversations to turn conversations into high-value clients. While I call this a ‘sales’ conversation it will not feel like selling for you or your clients if you do this properly.
6. Nurture your existing client relationships and client prospects on platforms How to you control to ensure a steady flow of referrals, repeat business and receptive to new products and services
It really is that simple. It took me a while to learn this and to cut out the noise and distractions that were getting in the way of me building a successful business. This is the formula that I use and I teach my clients to transform their practice and make that 6 figure business and the lifestyle that people want accessible to them.
