Christmas is the busiest retail window of the year, and the print that supports it only earns its keep if it lands in store on time.

Here's a rough timeline for a store campaign going live in late November:

🎄August to September: agree the campaign, the range of items and rough quantities. Start artwork.

🎄Late September to early October: sign off designs and proofs, confirm print specs and finishes.

🎄October: print and finish, then hold stock ready to ship.

🎄Early to mid November: pick, pack and deliver to each store, timed to a set install date.

The retailers who get the most from Christmas start early and treat print as one planned campaign, not a scramble in November.
