One thing is to have lots of ideas but not act on them or create anything, so really that's being imaginative - another thing is to be creative and then create or produce something new and innovative with the creative ideas. But where do the creative ideas come from? For me, it's about continuing to learn and challenge myself and not being afraid of trying something new or failing. Having a 'can do' attitude and embracing the fact that things change and evolve.
